Editorial policy

• Every lesson solves one problem. If a lesson doesn't help you play better, it doesn't get published.
• Tabs and diagrams are original. Exercises are written for this site, not transcribed from records.
• No "one true technique". There's no single proven pick motion for every hand. We explain what works and why, and say when it's a matter of style.
• Research comes with its limits. When we reference a study, we separate what it found from how we apply it to guitar.
• No paid placements. Gear pages exist to help you choose, not to sell.
